Instruction for Downloading and Opening with Microsoft Word to Invention Disclosure Form

To download:

• Move the mouse to "Click Here" and click one time.
• When save as screen pop up, change the directory where you want to save it.
• Click on "Save" or "Ok" buttom then you will see the Saving Screen.

To Expand the Compress file and Open Form with MS-Word:

• Windows 3.1: At the program manager click "File" and "RUN"
  Windows 95: At the Desktop click "Start" and "RUN"
• Click on Browse and go to the directory where you save Invention Disclosure Form.
• Click file name "form.exe" then click "OK"
• "Form.doc" will be expand itself for you in the same directory where you save the form.exe.
• Now Open the Microsoft Word and open file form.doc.
